Wixom police say non-verbal special needs man has been reunited with family

UPDATE (11 p.m.): Wixom police say the family of the special needs man who is non-verbal has been reunited with him.
FOX 2 - A non-verbal man with special needs was spotted in the area near Wixom Road and Loon Lake Road Thursday night.
A concerned citizen called police who picked him up and are hoping a guardian or someone who knows him, recognizes him.
