Woman run over, killed in Detroit
An argument between women on Detroit's east side early Thursday led to one of the women running over another woman, police said.
DETROIT (FOX 2) - A woman is dead after a suspected argument early Thursday in Detroit resulted in a driver running her over.
Police said three women - two in a vehicle and one outside - were arguing in the area of Harper and Conner around 2:15 a.m. when the driver ran over the woman who was outside, killing her.
"As I was inside, I heard screaming, and I stepped out," said Christopher, who works at a gas station near the scene. "I saw a lady laying out here. It's a messed up situation."
The driver was arrested.
An investigation is ongoing.
