WWE star Jimmy Uso was arrested by Detroit police Wednesday night in Greektown.

A Dodge Journey he was riding in went the wrong way on St. Antoine near Monroe. The traffic stop was going OK until police say Uso got belligerent causing an officer to draw his Taser.

TMZ reports Uso, whose real name is Johnathan Fatu "got into it with police" when he and his wife were stopped for going the wrong way on St. Antoine. she was reportedly driving.

Police won't confirm who was in the car they stopped, but say after they pulled the female driver over around 10:15 at night.

The man riding in the car "became irate" got out, took off his jacket and shirt and got into a fighting stance. That's when they say the officer produced a Taser.

Police say eventually the man did what the officer asked but was arrested for interfering with a city official and given a ticket. he’s out on bond.

"That stinks, they were super nice," said Ahmed Nasser, was DJing at a party with Uso.

Masser says he posed for a photo with the star and his wife Naomi and posted it on Instagram.

"They were partying, I was DJing," he said.

The only thing the WWE will say is "Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions."
