(AP) - Michigan State University kicked off March Madness with a dominating win over Mississippi State in the first round of the NCAA basketball tournament.
The Spartans beat the Bulldogs 69-51 to open their 26th straight run in the tournament. They await the winner of North Carolina and Wagner.
