High Tea with The Qulture Club
Anqunette Jamison Sarfoh the founder of the Qulture Club is having several High Tea events at the Detroit Foundation Hotel throughout the summer. And each high tea offers traditional high tea food and an array of snacks that are infused with cannabis.
