Flint man charged in Oxford shooting that left 1 person dead, 2 others injured

A Flint man has been charged in a 19-count felony warrant, including felony murder, for the Christmas Eve shooting in Oxford that left one person dead and two others injured. Authorities say Malik Letroy Webb, 29, allegedly shot and killed Dr. Barbara Wolf after she stopped to assist him when his car went into a ditch near Ray Road and North Oxford Road around 6:15 PM on Dec. 24. Wolf’s 38-year-old daughter, a passenger in her car, was also shot during the incident.
