Warren police pushed back on a lawsuit filed by a woman who was struck by a fleeing driver that officers had attempted to pull over for not having a license plate. During a press conference, a spokesperson with the department said the woman who filed the suit "engaged in such defamatory conduct speaks directly to her improper for-profit motivation."
