Ethan Crumbley's attorney asks to move him out of Oakland County Jail, judge rejects it
The attorneys for accused Oxford High School shooter Ethan Crumbley asked to have the 15-year-old moved out of the Oakland County Jail during a hearing on Monday. But the judge wasn't having it, instead saying that the prosecutor's office should ensure he's protected.
