Detroit man had stockpile of weapons, shot from second floor after parking argument, police said

Detroit Police said a man who killed 2 people and injured 6 others after an argument over a parking spot had a stockpile of guns and shot a long gun from the second floor of his home into a crowd of people in the middle of the night.
