Detroit proposes to close canals in Jefferson Chalmers area to alleviate flooding, residents fight back

After repeated flooding of the Jefferson Chalmers area in Detroit, the city is proposing closing off two of the three canals. However, for the 388 residents, many don't see that as a viable solution.
