Mother of special needs child exercising new way of notify others of a child who is nonverbal

A Metro Detroit woman's daughter was diagnosed with multiple conditions at birth, including cerebral palsy, developmental delays and epilepsy. But she's also teenager with a sassy side. And for Trina Perryman, her mission in life has been to help her daughter whether she is around to help or not. According to the mother, she thinks she found a way.
