Lawsuit alleges racial profiling in Patrick Lyoya police shooting

A civil lawsuit against the city of Grand Rapids and former police officer Christopher Schurr alleges that Patrick Lyoya was racially profiled. Lyoya was shot and killed by Schurr during a struggle after a traffic stop.
