Whitmer signs bill to repeal Michigan's 1931 abortion ban

After Michigan voters decided to repeal the 1931 ban on abortion, it had to be formally passed and signed by the governor, in order to repeal the ban. That happened on Wednesday as governor Gretchen Whitmer signed the legislation.
