Monroe County woman's murder was planned and plotted before she was killed and dumped

The murder of Kayla Sedoskey was a shoscking one after the 22-year-old was shot to death and left at an abandoned detention facility tied up, wrapped in a tarp, with duct tape on her mouth. Now police have arrested three people they say are responsible.
