Detroit councilwoman proposes gun-free zones to curb downtown violence

Mary Waters, Detroit City Councilwoman at-large, says she just turned in a measure to committee that would make several parts of downtown 'Gun Free Zones' following nearly a half dozen shootings last weekend - one of them fatal.
