New Hope Center for Grief Support to hold Gala in an effort to raise money.

An estimated 6 million children in the United States will experience the death of a parent or sibling by age 18. Statistics show 1 in 11 children in the state of Michigan will be bereaved (death of a parent or sibling in the home) by the age of 18. This number drops to 1 in 9 in areas of Wayne County. It's why grief support services are so important, but in order to keep operating they need your support in return.
