US Attorney lays out new partnership for crime prevention in Detroit

A three-pronged partnership that will deploy crime prevention, enforcement, and reentry into society for those ready for a second chance was unveiled in Detroit Wednesday. The team includes levels of law enforcement and community engagement at every level of government.
