Police recover $1.6K worth of stolen Bath and Body Works candles

Two Ohio women were stopped after authorities say they stole more than $1,600 in candles from a Bloomfield Township Bath and Body Works. Police body cam footage captured officers recovering these candles, which were stuffed into bags and strewn around the car.
