Southfield Police video shows arrest of man family says was attacked by police

A family is suing the Southfield Police Department for $20 million, claiming a 27-year-old man was the victim of police brutality. On Thursday, Police Chief Elvin Barren held a press conference to release the video of the arrest and when he was in custody.
