Family looking for justice after DPD's fatal punch to relative

For family of 70-year-old Daryl Vance, even seeing the slow wheels of justice turning is a good thing. Vance was struck by a Detroit police officer in earlier in 2023, leading to his death. Juwan Marquise-Alexander Brown, 29, has been fired by DPD and charged with manslaughter.
