Game Day Polish Crockpot Ribs 1 slab of Srodek's Smoked Ribs 15 ounces tomato sauce 6 ounces tomato paste 1/2 cup Polish Beer 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce 1 packet Polish Rib seasoning Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan, stir together: tomato sauce, tomato paste, beer, sugar, worcestershire, and rib seasoning packet. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. 2. Cover with a lid slightly ajar so that the pot is mostly covered to deter splattering, but steam can still escape and the sauce can reduce. Let cook for 10-15 minutes to thicken. 3. Cut the slab of ribs to separate each piece. 4. Lather the rib pieces in the sauce in the pan. 5. Add the ribs in an even layer to the crockpot. 6.
