Family of murdered 11-year-old say defendant's plea deal is unjust

William Dickerson pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony firearm in the fatal shooting of 11-year-old Saniyah Pugh. The family does not think he will receive enough of a punishment due to his plea deal.
