Monroe boat club suspect in court

Marshella Chidester will have her second court appearance Tuesday after being arraigned on murder and drunk driving charges after she crashed into the Swan Boat Club in Monroe County two weeks ago. Prosecutors say she was over the legal limit when she plowed into the wall, killing two kids and injuring several others.
