Dangerous drug 'krokodil' appears in Michigan county for 1st time

Desomorphine, which has a street name of krokodil because of the effects it has on the skin, was found in St. Clair County for the first time ever. It's rarely been seen in Michigan and represents a dangerous escalation in the discovery of synthetic drugs.
