Gunman unloaded 36 rounds at Rochester Hills splash pad, injuring 9
Out of all nine victims, a mom and her 8-year-old son are in critical condition. The 8-year-old boy was shot in the head and is showing some signs of improvement, according to Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard.
