Police Lt. suing DPD after being suspended for inappropriate remarks toward protestor

Lt. Brandon Cole was suspended without pay days after telling a pro-Palestinian protester "why don't you just go back to Mexico?" On Tuesday, Cole filed a lawsuit in federal court against Detroit Police Chief James White.
