Sheriff: Rochester Hills doctor filmed others, assaulted patient

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is investigating allegations that a doctor out of Rochester Hills secretly recorded children and adults in locations ranging from hospitals and bathrooms to changing rooms at a swimming club and even his own home.
