Council Resale is getting ready to celebrate its 90th anniversary with a special sale. On Monday, September 9th and Tuesday, September 10th, all items, including home décor and jewelry, will be 90 percent off. On Wednesday, September 11th, customers can fill a bag with items (excluding home decor and jewelry) for $25. Council Resale is located on W. 12 Mile Road in Berkley.
