Detroit earns the HEARTSafe community designation

Executive Fire Commissioner Chuck Simms and Captain Jeff Forbes from the Detroit Fire Department stopped by The Nine to talk about the city's HEARTSafe community initiative. They also demonstrated the proper CPR technique.
