Rehab Highland Park gives home a makeover

For Isabel Deguzman, Friday was a special one after getting the first glimpse at her remodeled home in Highland Park. Sorely in need of repairs, it was her story as a friendly neighbor and grandmother that motivated the president of Rehab Highland Park to give her a helping hand.
