Man threatening to shoot neighbors turns gun on self in Detroit

Detroit police are still working to understand what took place in the 1800 block of Wisconsin when they responded to reports of a man pointing a gun at neighbors, threatening to shoot them. After failing to apprehend him, he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
