Taylor doctor appears in front of a judge, pleads not guilty in 'pill-mill' case

Dr. Ram Garg was arrested in September for allegedly running a pill mill from his clinic on Telegraph in Taylor. On Tuesday he pleaded not guilty in front of a judge.
