Grandmother furious with Oakland University after granddaughter nearly robbed in dorm building

Deborah Carter Manuel says she was never notified by Oakland University's alert system when her granddaughter was nearly robbed in her dorm hall on Wednesday. OU says an investigation is ongoing.
