Detroit mayor not running for 4th term, says he has not endorsed anyone yet

After three terms, Mayor Mike Duggan is not running for a 4th. Meanwhile, Duggan said he has not endorsed anyone yet, but hopes the next person to steer the ship will keep Detroit in the green as time goes on.
