Bond request for fake DTE home invasion murder suspect denied

Carlos Hernandez's attorney tried a second time to get a bond, in this instance citing health issues. Hernandez was one of two suspects arrested in a Rochester Hills home invasion that left the homeowner dead and his wife tied up.
