Man sentenced for murdering transgender woman in Highland Park
Carlos Scotland was sentenced to 17-30 years in prison for murdering Ashia Davis at the Woodward Inn in Highland Park in 2023. Scotland pleaded guilty to second-degree and felony firearm charges.
