Saving Dogs in Freezing Weather
During these bitterly cold days, we often remind you to bring your pets indoors. According to PETA, a dog is in danger of freezing to death once the temperature falls below 20 degrees. Our average January temperature in Detroit is 18 degrees. One rescue group wants to make sure no dog dies due to weather this winter. FOX 2’s Lori Pinson took an outreach trip with the Karens.
