Apartment fire upends lives of dozens in St. Clair County

Dozens of people were displaced after a raging fire tore through an apartment during a cold weekend in St. Clair County. There were no injuries reported after the East China Township apartment, but now several families must find a place to stay amid the frigid temperatures.
