Troy hyperbaric chamber explosion: Center CEO accused of mocking burning boy

The CEO of the Oxford Center in Troy is accused of sending texts mocking a 5-year-old boy while he was on fire after a hyperbaric chamber exploded. Tamela Peterson and three other employees have been charged in connection with the explosion that killed Thomas Cooper.
