Michigan lawmakers debating on cell phones in school

Michigan lawmakers are working on bills this week to restrict the use of student cell phones in schools. As FOX 2's Tim Skubick reports, the Senate plan gives more authority to local school boards, while the House plan imposes some significant state standards with some flexibility built in.
