Oakland Police teams, Livonia law enforcement corner and arrest church thief

After surveillance of a man suspected of breaking into metro Detroit churches began, officers from several police forces cornered and caught him in the act. After prying open the door at the Bell Creek Community Church, police followed him to an arrest.
