Video of Macomb County Sheriff's deputy rescuing woman who fell in freezing water

A Macomb County Sheriff deputy helped pull a girl out of water Tuesday morning after she slipped in while fishing on a dock. Unable to get out of the water quickly enough, her body became numb and unable to move.
