Monroe County Prosecutors charge man with gruesome crimes over death of step-grandmother

Kenny McBride, a Bedford Township man, was charged with open murder and disinterment mutilation of a dead body. after Monroe County Sheriff deputies found his step-grandmother beheaded on his living room floor.
