Attorney General Dana Nessel says lack of resources and compliance from university keeping office from investigating sex crimes

Attorney General Dana Nessel said without funding from the legislature and a promise for full cooperation from the University of Michigan, her office would be unable to complete a full investigation into the hundreds of allegations that a doctor abused students years ago.
