Whitmer considering summer online learning, early start to next school year

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is planning to announce Thursday that unless kids are back in school by mid-May, the rest of the school year will be canceled. To supplement the missed time for academia, Republicans want there to be some form of online learning over the summer.
