Michigan lawyer says Stay Home order prevents him from collecting signatures to run for office

A Michigan lawyer who is trying to get on the ballot for a seat in Congress is short of the necessary signatures with just 8 days to go. He says the state's Stay Home order is making it impossible to get signatures.
