Restaurants and bars can reopen their doors Monday - but that doesn't mean every one will

Eateries around Michigan were given the green light to reopen their doors to indoor seating on Monday. Not every restaurant will be opening, however. And for those that do, patrons can expect paper menus, touchless bathroom processes, and a prioritizing of outdoor seating.
