Royal Oak commissioners approves cannabis sales in city

The Royal Oak City Commission took a big step Monday night by approving the sales of marijuana within their city limits. Over a four hour zoom call, residents offered their take as commissioners voted to go ahead with located spots where dispensaries could be established.
