Ypsilanti woman named Midwest Caregiver of The Year

A local caregiver has helped rehab a world renowned surgeon with a spinal abnormality so she can continue her work. And now Tyja Owens is being honored for her selfless dedication with a Midwest Caregiver of the Year award.
