Unemployment benefits extended under new Coronavirus relief package

Michigan lawmakers approved a series of bills early Wednesday morning that extends unemployment benefits, bolsters liability protections for companies, and reforms part of the governor's nursing home policy. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is expected to sign the legislation.
